Aspire People Limited is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Kettering, Corby and Towcester. You'll work with pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting learning, communication, confidence, emotional development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs.
• Patient, nurturing and empathetic.
• Confident supporting children on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, reliable and resilient.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with additional needs in their learning.
• Assist 1:1 or small-group sessions and track progress.
• Contribute to pupils’ wellbeing, behaviour management and confidence.
• Work with schools across Kettering, Corby and Towcester.
