Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support learning and development across lessons and activities.
• Assist with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in class.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to plan interventions.
• Help pupils build confidence and independence, adapting support as needed.
