• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Experience supporting pupils with MLD or similar learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support.
• Support differentiated and personalised learning activities.
• Promote communication, social skills and independence.
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
• Follow individual support plans and EHCP targets.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Support pupil wellbeing and safeguarding.
