Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Nottingham and the Midlands. Roles include daily supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities in Primary, Secondary and Specialist settings.

You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, SEMH, and various Learning Difficulties, with a patient, nurturing approach and strong teamwork. Competitive pay and flexible options are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN in day-to-day classroom activities.
• Assist teachers with learning activities and resource preparation.
• Help promote inclusion and independence for pupils across settings.
