Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is actively recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants for schools across the Midlands. Roles include daily supply, longer placements, or permanent opportunities, with Monday to Friday 8:15am–4pm and ongoing CPD training.

You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH and learning difficulties, in welcoming settings across Primary, Secondary and SEN provisions. Competitive rates and flexible options are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential.

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs?

We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN TAs to work in a variety of welcoming and supportive schools across the Midlands. Whether you're looking for daily supply, long-term placements, or a permanent role, we have opportunities to suit you.

The Role

You will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including:
