Empowering Learning is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. You will support teachers, help manage behaviour, and assist with both academic and emotional development of children.

The role offers flexibility, opportunities to gain varied experience across schools, and ongoing consultant support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a primary school setting is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with staff and pupils.
• Flexible, proactive and able to support classroom routines.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Assist with classroom behaviour and a positive learning environment.
• Work with small groups or individuals to provide targeted help.
• Prepare learning materials and resources for lessons.
• Provide pastoral support to aid academic and social development.
