Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream schools with additional needs in Wellingborough and surrounding areas.

If you're an experienced TA/LSA, Care Worker, Youth Worker or Sports Coach, we'd love to hear from you. Day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities are available with flexible hours and DBS checks completed.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools.
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• Genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with small intervention groups and support communication, emotional regulation and independence.
• Provide day-to-day support, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across SEND settings.
• Support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream schools with additional needs.
