Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream settings in Bourne and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools.
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Teaching Assistant qualifications are welcomed but not essential for every vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Working with small intervention groups
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
• Assignments include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across a variety of SEND settings.
