Job summary

GSL Education are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Enfield. The role focuses on supporting ASD pupils, including 1:1 aid in Year 6, with a start ASAP and a temp-to-perm contract.

You will work closely with teachers to motivate and support autistic children, ensuring safeguarding and DBS checks are completed. Local to Enfield, competitive daily pay and CPD access are offered.

GSL Education are currently looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for one of our client Primary schools in Enfield. The school is looking for someone who can start ASAP and has experience working with ASD individuals and small groups of Autistic children.

About SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

• You will be working closely in Year 6 to motivate and encourage ASD children to reach their full potential.
• Supporting children with special educational needs
• Provide 1:1 individual support for a range of Autistic children
• Supporting vulnerable children in Enfield

Ideal candidates will:

• Have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
