Job summary

GSL Education is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing specialist school in Staffordshire. You will support pupils aged 2 to 19 with complex needs, helping them build confidence, communication, and independence in a caring environment.

The role involves 1:1 or small group support, assisting with EHCPs and individual learning plans, and promoting safeguarding best practice. Enhanced DBS Update Service or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEND in a school or care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 or small group support under the guidance of teaching staff.
