Hayes School in Bromley is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion and learning of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability in line with policy and the Equalities Act 2010. The role works across the school under the SENCO/Assistant SENCO to support a range of SEND students and to model professionalism with colleagues, students and parents.

Qualifications

• Support the inclusion and learning of students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability.
• Work with SENCO/Assistant SENCO to implement support across the school.
• Demonstrate a professional approach with colleagues, students and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, monitoring and evaluating student progress.
• Support behaviour, routines and learning activities.
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment.
