Job summary

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English at pass grade (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
- Experience in care, childcare, education, or SEN is desirable.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
Responsibilities
- Supporting complex SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis throughout the day.
- Enabling students to access the curriculum while supporting their pastoral and emotional needs.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom prep, and maintaining a smooth learning environment.
- Supervising pupils during break times and lunchtimes to promote social interaction.
