Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with physical disabilities in Sutton. The role involves 1:1 and small group work, adapting activities, and promoting independence within a supportive school environment.

Candidates with DBS updates, right to work in the UK, and experience in SEN settings are preferred. Roles include ongoing development, long-term prospects, and a competitive daily rate (£92.63–£100).

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with physical disabilities on a 1:1 and small group basis.

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
