Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including Autism, in a specialist setting in Trowbridge. This is a full-time role offering £92-£105 per day with an immediate start.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, assist with communication and social interaction, support sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing, and collaborate with teachers, therapists and nurses to promote independence.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs.
  • Experience in SEN settings preferred.

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication needs, sensory needs, and complex medical requirements.

The Role


  • As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
