Key Responsibilities:
· Support students with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
· Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
· Help students develop social and emotional skills in a nurturing environment
· Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
· Implement strategies and interventions tailored to individual EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)

What Were Looking For:
· Experience working with children or young people with SEN or behavioural needs
· A patient, empathetic, and calm approach
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· A proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

This Role is Ideal for:
· Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants
· Youth Workers & Support Workers
· Care Workers or those with healthcare or mental health experience
