Are you a sports coach with energy, resilience, and people skills to engage young people? Are you seeking a meaningful career where you can make a difference every day?

We are looking for individuals with strong coaching or youth work backgrounds to support students aged 11-16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting learning in and out of the classroom, 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping students manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and develop key life skills
• Working as part of a close-knit, committed team to give every child a second chance

Contract Details:

• Location: Bury
• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract type: Temporary, Full-time
• Pay: GBP 90-120 per day
• Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Qualifications and Experience:

• Secondary School experience or experience working with children
• GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or above
• Up-to-date safeguarding, Prevent, behaviour management, and FGM training (training can be provided)
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS registered with the update service or willingness to apply
• Minimum of two references covering the last 2 years
