Qualifications

• Experience as SEN Teaching Assistant is beneficial.
• Ability to adapt resources under teacher guidance.
• Strong communication with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce classroom learning.
• Adapt resources under teacher guidance.
• Support pupils working towards individual learning targets.
• Encourage communication and social interaction.
• Support pupils during transitions.
• Help pupils develop organisation and independence.
• Use agreed strategies to support emotional regulation.
• Record relevant observations.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other staff.
