Qualifications

Reeson Education is inviting candidates to join its Graduate Teaching Assistant talent pool in Winchester for SEN-focused work suited to recent relevant graduates. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will gain practical experience supporting pupils with additional needs while considering future careers in teaching or child development. This is registration for suitable current or future opportunities, rather than a guarantee of a confirmed placement.

Role Details

• Location: Winchester, Hampshire
• Pay: £80-£100 per day
• Start: ASAP, subject to registration and safeguarding checks
• Setting: Primary and specialist SEND school support
• Contract: Flexible school-day bookings

Graduate SEND Experience

• A Graduate Teaching Assistant will help pupils work through adapted literacy and numeracy activities
• The Graduate Teaching Assistant may support autism, ADHD or speech and language strategies under teacher guidance
• As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will reinforce attention, communication and emotional regulation techniques in 1:1 or small groups
