The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND, particularly those on the Autistic Spectrum, helping them engage in lessons and therapy sessions. You will work under the supervision of an experienced class teacher, assisting with in-class activities, social skills development, and participation in out-of-class and therapy sessions.
