Job summary

  • Support learning activities through tailored and differentiated approaches.
  • Implement sensory and communication strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviour.
  • Support pupils in achieving EHCP targets.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists and the support team.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour and engagement.
