Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism? Teaching Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Waterloo, Liverpool. This role is based within a specialist SEN class, providing vital support to students with Autism to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role:

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to children with Autism
Assist with implementing EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets
Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment
Support students in developing communication and social skills
Help manage sensory needs and behaviour effectively

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with Autism (preferably in a school setting)
Understanding of EHCPs and how to support individual learning goals
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to SEN support
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A relevant qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
