Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil or small groups.
• Support access to lessons and school activities.
• Assist with communication, behaviour and independence.
• Support pupils during transitions and routines.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and families.
• Promote positive social development.
• Offer personal care support where required.
