Job summary

Long Term Futures Ltd is hiring a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join the SEN Hub in a mainstream primary school in Kings Heath. You will support children with ASD, SLCN and Global Delay across EYFS and KS1.

The role is long-term, with a view to permanency for the right candidate; start ASAP; hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, with weekly pay of 500-525.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1 year supporting children with SEN in EYFS or KS1.
• Strong understanding of ASD, SLCN, and Global Delay strategies within an inclusive environment.

The role involves supporting children with ASD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), and Global Developmental Delay across EYFS and Key Stage One. This is a long-term role until the end of the academic year, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
