Job summary

Mad 4 Recruitment is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support in a SEND provision in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with pupils and as part of a team to promote engagement and academic progress.

Previous experience with SEN is desirable but not essential, and eligibility to work in the UK is required. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP start through to July 27.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SEND children or in a similar setting.
• Eligible to work in the UK with valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and as part of the wider team.
• Maintain engagement and concentration for pupils with SEN to support academic progress.

SEN Teaching Assistant

Mad 4 Recruitment is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support in a SEND Provision in the Stoke on Trent area. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as working as part of the team in the wider setting. The children require support academically and can lack concentration, so keeping them engaged and focused is essential. Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
