Mad 4 Recruitment Limited is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in and around the Alsager area. You will help with lesson preparation and provide 1:1 support to students with needs, contributing to a positive school environment.

Ideal candidates will have SEND experience, Level 2/3 NVQ, and a patient, creative approach. You should be adaptable, able to manage challenging behaviour, and build strong relationships with staff and pupils.

As a teaching assistant your work will have far-reaching effects as you will not only be making a difference to the lives of students, but to the school itself and its surrounding community.

No two days are the same for a teaching assistant. Some days you could be assisting with lesson preparation, whilst others are spent providing 1:1 support to a child with specific needs.

Mad 4 Recruitment are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools in and around the Alsager area.
