Job summary

Smile Education in Stafford is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1) for a full-time post starting immediately or after the October half-term. This role runs the full academic year in a supportive primary school with a strong community ethos and aims to place pupils at the heart of every activity.

You will provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher, help pupils with varying abilities, and work closely with staff to maintain a positive, engaging learning

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideal)
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a school
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant in a primary or SEN setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

SEN Teaching Assistant 1:1 – Full-Time | Stafford| Immediate Start

Start Date: Immediate or after October half-term

Pay: £110-£140 per day

Location:Stafford,ST19
