About you
Working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school requires a unique set of skills and qualities to support students effectively and help them achieve their full potential. Here are the key skills needed:

1. Empathy and Patience: Working with students with SEN can sometimes require extra patience and understanding. The ability to empathize with students' challenges, whether they are academic, social, or emotional, is essential for creating a supportive environment.
2. Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital, as you will be working with students who may have a range of communication needs.
