This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, supporting a Year 4 pupil with additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to provide individualised support, helping the pupil to access learning, develop confidence and independence, and enjoy a positive experience at school.
The role will commence in October 2026 and is ongoing, with the potential to become long-term depending on the needs of the school.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is a Level 3 qualification or above in Teaching and Supporting Learning. Previous experience supporting children with additional needs within a primary school setting is desirable.
Working as part of a supportive and enthusiastic teaching team, the desired Teaching Assistant will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with additional needs.
