Zusammenfassung

Inspire EHC Ltd in Stanstead Abbotts, Hertfordshire, is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 2 to 19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. The role is based in a specialist setting with a strong reputation for building positive relationships with families and professionals.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am–3:45pm (term time only) with one after-school club per week.

Qualifikationen

• Patient, nurturing and resilient.
• Experience in SEN settings is desirable but not essential; training provided.

Your role will involve:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with personalised learning activities
• Supporting pupils during swimming sessions (at least once a week)

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• Patient, nurturing, and resilient
• Passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs
• Experienced in SEN settings (desirable but not essential - training provided)
• Confident supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and communication needs
• Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and colleague
• Have an enhanced Adult & Child DBS on the update service
