Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the Skegness area is looking for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the classroom team, working alongside the class teacher to support pupils across a range of subjects. Key duties will include:
Delivering targeted support in literacy and numeracy to individuals and small groups
Encouraging pupils to become more independent, confident, and resilient in their learning
Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive classroom atmosphere
Preparing resources and contributing to displays, school trips, and other school-wide activities
Offering regular feedback to the class teacher to support planning and track pupil progress
Previous experience supporting children in Key Stage 2 is desirable but not essential
You should have experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth setting
A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum and how to adapt support for different learning needs
A positive, caring attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
