Teaching Assistant - Secondary & SEN Support

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across the Skegness area, providing vital support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and making a difference in young people's lives.
Supporting students with a range of learning needs, both in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis
Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery, under the direction of teaching staff
Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to track student progress and adjust support as needed
Providing personal care to students where required, in a respectful and dignified manner
Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN, is desirable
A patient, caring, and flexible approach to supporting students
Willingness to assist with personal care tasks when necessary
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is preferred but not essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Please note that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and full vetting procedures will be required prior to appointment, in line with safeguarding and safer recruitment practices.
