NG Teach is looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. The school is based in Nottingham, and the position is ongoing with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Ideal candidates must have:

1. Experience working 1:1 or in a classroom with SEN pupils.
2. A strong understanding of Autism and the complex needs of students with Autism.
3. The desire to inspire and motivate pupils.
4. Adaptability and willingness to undertake various tasks.
5. Ability to work as part of a team and lead 1:1 sessions with challenging pupils.
6. Strong will and determination to make a difference in pupils' lives and education.

Safeguarding and other SEN qualifications or certificates are desirable but not essential. The role involves working with pupils aged 4-18. Some positions may require providing personal care.
