Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support children with Additional Learning Needs in a Llanelli school. The role is 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a £14.25 per hour pay and weekly pay.

Some positions may involve personal care; immediate starts available and potential permanent opportunities. Experience in teaching assistant roles, schools or nurseries and a passion for SEN/ALN are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children with ALN and diverse needs.
  • Ability to work with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other SEN.
  • Willingness to provide personal care where required.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with ALN in classroom settings.
  • Assist with learning activities and behaviour support.
  • Attend to personal care needs when required in a respectful manner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
