Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support fantastic SEN schools across:

Central Oxford | Headington | Wantage | Carterton | Witney | Wheatley | Bampton

Teaching Assistants (TA)
Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: Immediate starts available following vetting clearance
Contract Types: Long-term, short-term, supply, and permanent positions available

You’ll be part of a specialist, nurturing environment where children and young people are empowered to reach their full potential. These schools support students with a range of additional needs, including:

Additional Needs
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties

Working alongside experienced educators, therapists, behaviour specialists, and families, you’ll play a vital role in helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
