Job summary

MyNewTerm is seeking a motivated SEN teaching assistant to support children with their learning in a caring school environment. The role includes assisting with personal care and toileting needs and delivering bespoke interventions.

The post involves facilitating effective integration between nurture provision and the mainstream classroom, requiring a proactive, positive role model who works closely with teachers and maintains high safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning and development.

• Help to implement bespoke interventions and support successful integration between nurture provision and mainstream classroom environments.
