SEN Teaching Assistant | January 2025 Start | GBP80-GBP100 Per Day | Enfield

Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in the borough of Enfield, covering areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, and Palmers Green. This role starts in January 2025 and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Role Highlights for an SEN Teaching Assistant:

1. Start Date: January 2025.
2. Daily Rate: GBP80-GBP100, depending on experience.
3. Location: Enfield-based primary schools with excellent support teams.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

1. Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
2. Assist in implementing individualised learning plans under the guidance of the SENCO.
3. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
4. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.

What We're Looking for in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

1. Experience working with children with SEN, either in a classroom or other supportive setting.
2. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with pupils.
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with staff and families.
4. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2/3 in Childcare or SEN-specific training, are a plus.
