Job summary

The Supply Register is seeking caring and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to join our bank staff across Kent schools. This flexible, on-demand role is ideal for those who want variety and experience in different settings while supporting pupils with a range of SEN.

About The Role

Support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist in implementing individual learning programmes, behaviour support plans, and personal care routines.

Foster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in all learners.

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)
• A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different classes and schools within the Trust as required.
• A willingness to learn and adapt
