Job summary

Fresh Start In Education Ltd is seeking a contract-based tutor to deliver 1:1 or 2:1 personalised learning in homes or community settings across Suffolk.

Join a dedicated SEND team, with flexible, term-time hours (3–5 hour daytime sessions). You will support young people with SEND/SEMH needs, build confidence and resilience, and plan engaging sessions tailored to each learner's strengths and goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience supporting young people with SEND/SEMH or other needs.
• Experience planning and delivering learning sessions, especially core subjects.
• Confidence using positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies.
• Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities
