Job summary

• Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, dressing and eating when required.
• Encourage independence, confidence and personal development.
• Provide clear, accurate feedback on pupil progress, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Help prepare learning resources and contribute to lesson planning and evaluation.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, wellbeing and personal development. Working closely with the Class Teacher and wider team, you’ll help create a caring, structured and stimulating environment where every learner is supported to reach their full potential.

About You

Essential Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English (minimum Functional Skills Level 2).
• Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (or willingness to work towards).
