£90 - £95 per day

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a wide range of special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning activities and supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis.
• Helping students develop social, emotional, and practical skills.
• Providing support with personal care, where necessary, in a respectful and sensitive manner.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Supporting the class teacher in managing classroom behavior and ensuring students stay engaged with their work.
• Collaborating with other staff and professionals to meet individual student needs.
