Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream settings in Kettering and surrounding areas. The roles include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across a variety of SEND settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Autism (ASC) and SEMH.
• Experience with ADHD, MLD, SLD & PMLD.
• Experience with Emotional Regulation and Complex Needs.

Responsibilities

• Working with small intervention groups.
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence.
• Assignments include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across SEND settings.
