Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream schools with additional needs in Leicester and surrounding areas.

This role welcomes experienced TAs/LSAs, Care/Support Workers, Youth Workers, Sports Coaches, or anyone passionate about helping children with special needs. Roles include day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent opportunities across a variety of SEND settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people OR relevant experience in UK schools.
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.

• Working with small intervention groups.
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence.
• Assignments include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities across a variety of SEND settings.
