Our school relationships include mainstream primary and secondary settings. We want to understand the age groups and additional needs you’ve supported so we can discuss suitable assignments.
You’ll help pupils access classroom learning, follow agreed support strategies and develop independence. Depending on the role, this could involve individual support, small-group activities, breaking down instructions or helping pupils stay engaged with a task.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff, share observations and adapt your approach within the pupil’s support arrangements.
