Job summary

Supply Teach Group Ltd in Derby is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a primary school with a specialist SEN provision. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs, helping them access learning.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to build a calm, structured classroom where pupils can settle and progress. The post is available now, with regular days and both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care, therapy or similar setting.
• Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• Good communication with pupils and staff.
• TA qualification or relevant degree is helpful but not essential.

Do you have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Supply Teach is looking for a caring, patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Derby with a specialist SEN provision. Work is available now, with regular days and long-term opportunities.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
