Academics in Hoddesdon is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with additional needs on a permanent, full-time basis. About the role

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs?

Are you looking for a permanent opportunity where you can build strong relationships with pupils and make a genuine difference to their development?

A specialist educational setting in Hoddesdon is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous SEN experience who is confident providing individual and small-group support. You will work closely with teaching staff to help pupils access learning, develop independence and build confidence in a safe, structured and nurturing environment.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Hoddesdon, you will provide consistent and personalised support to pupils with a range of additional needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning while supporting their academic, social and emotional development.

You will work as part of a supportive team and adapt your approach to ensure each pupil receives the right level of encouragement and guidance.
