Job summary

Engage Education in Gravesham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a primary school setting. The role involves 1:1 and small group support, assisting with differentiated activities, and helping foster an inclusive classroom where every pupil can thrive.

We are looking for candidates with prior SEN experience, and Level 2/3 TA qualifications are preferred. You will collaborate closely with teachers and support staff as part of a structured SEN

• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Gravesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
