Long Term Futures is recruiting an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a primary pupil with Autism at a welcoming primary school in the Erdington area. Competenze

• A Level 3 qualification in a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (eg. STALS or equivalent).
• Previous experience supporting children with ASD in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of autism and individualised support strategies.
• A calm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Confidence managing behaviours associated with additional needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
