Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Neasden, London. You will support KS1–KS2 pupils needing extra help in the classroom, working with the class teacher to ensure appropriate support and inclusion.

The position offers CPD opportunities, good transport links, and potential progression. DBS checks and safeguarding are required; term-time pay applies. Salary is quoted as £95–£100 per day.

About this role

For KS1 through KS2 this school is seeking a full‑time teaching assistant who has experience working with students who need extra support within the classroom. Your role will be to work with the class teacher to ensure the student is receiving the support needed within the class, promote the student’s independence, encourage social inclusion, organise and facilitate a stimulating and motivating learning environment, and co‑plan assignments to guarantee best practices and uniformity in all classrooms.
