Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Neasden, London. You will support KS1–KS2 pupils needing extra help in the classroom, working with the class teacher to ensure appropriate support and inclusion.

The position offers CPD opportunities, good transport links, and potential progression. DBS checks and safeguarding are required; term-time pay applies. Salary is quoted as £95–£100 per day.

Formación

• Experience working with students who need extra support.
• Confidence in teaching the material and planning lessons.
• Familiarity with the current curriculum and understanding of the support required before class to help students meet their term goals.
• Ability to implement behavioural and emotional management, demonstrating an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning.
• Capacity to find resources and foster a sense of achievement across various year groups.

Responsabilidades

• Support the class teacher to ensure students receive the needed support in class.
• Promote students' independence and encourage social inclusion.
• Organise and facilitate a stimulating and motivating learning environment.
• Co-plan assignments to guarantee best practices and uniformity in classrooms.
