You'll work closely with teachers, therapists and SEN professionals to deliver personalised support, implement EHCP strategies and promote independence in a safe learning environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist setting where you'll make a genuine difference every day. The school is looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals who understand that every young person learns differently. Experience as a support worker, youth worker, SEN teaching assistant or care worker is highly desirable.
Trial days are taking place from next week, with successful candidates securing September starts. Applications will close as soon as suitable candidates are identified.
